simple acoustic guitar, and this sets the style and tempo for the whole
song. Our storyteller, is honest and open about his feelings, there’s no
recriminations, no over emotion. It’s a simple tale of love that isn’t to
be, and he understands that. He wishes that it was different, he wishes
that she will “one day see the truth” but his main concern is that she is
